Bargain Basement Burqas!

Material for burqas, where do you find quality material for a good price? Halloo out there. This is so important. Why? You mean you didn’t get the word? It’s been on national, no, probably world-wide news. (And the world is laughing at us). Sit down because really the fashion industry is doing a re-boot because, cuz women will be required to wear burqas and when they go out in public, will require a male escort. And if they disobey, well, let’s not go there but I think I’ve read somewhere they could be stoned. No, no, not from those cute little gummy bears but from actual stones. This all started in Texas (soon to spread across US of A)but truth be known it’s been going on for decades. You’ve read about it but you hate dwelling on it because it’s so, so slavery-like and everyone in the US of A knows we abolished that eons ago, right?! Women, in those old times, were controlled by men: couldn’t own/inherit property, couldn’t vote, had no standing in the judicial system, barred from education and, oh, god, no driving! Cook, clean, pop out progeny ( I guess to increase the slave population) and be available for sex. But we all know that was, right, eons ago and thankfully, that has all changed, right? I mean we can own/inherit property. Well, and then there was Britney Spears. We can vote, but US of A has not adopted the Equal Rights Amendment, hm, I wonder why? Well let’s go on or back to that voting right, except, big except, if you’re a minority, some so called leaders (I call them mis-guided, self absorbed people without a real job) are trying to make it harder for you to vote. Doesn’t that sound like a constitutional infringement? Let’s face it those white males think they can still control us. It’s hard to believe but some men actually abuse women who defy them. Which brings me to why the good ole US of A hasn’t adopted the Violence Against Women Act? I guess those mis-guided, self absorbed legislators have so much to deal with like, well like trying to decide if getting out of Afghanistan or revving up the military is warranted. You know those white males, who can’t even balance the Pentagon’s budget, keep voting to enlarge that budget because their crony contractors need to make even more obscene money over what they’ve made for over 20 years! Tsk, tsk or as my granny would say, “it’s a shonda!” (You know, Yiddish for shame). So sorry, I’m moving away from the big burqa news which, if you really now understand is preventing women from making health decisions about their bodies. How a man thinks he can dictate what I do with my body is beyond ludicrous. It would probably be diffused if the women of this country would tell those men what to do with their penises and of course, withhold the sugar. Actually, those are not bad ideas. Personally, I think it’s all code for religion which I guess some feel should control our bodies via the government. But we have the answer to that, don’t we? Separation of church and state, right? So what’s this abortion thing about anyway? Really, as we move backward in time to the simple, honey, whatever you say mentality (and grieving over the loss of my auto)you now understand why I’m looking for fashionable (none of that all black fabric) but cheap, quality material.
